Castle+Conqueror+-+Heroes While Castle Conqueror - Revolution was a beginner's RTS set in a fantasy world, Castle Conqueror - Heroes is a grid-based tactics design with a sci-fi setting. There are many templates in use in Photo Dojo Wiki these are only a subset, representing some of the most important and commonly used ones. You're shipped out into outer space and sent to a world simply called the Green Planet, then tasked to lead an uprising against an oppressive, invading off-world empire. You accomplish this, by and large, by assaulting and capturing enemy bases. (Or "castles," I suppose, though none of these structures look like they should go by that name.) I like the spin put on some traditional tactics gaming staples here, as Castle Conqueror - Heroes introduces the idea of supply lines that project out from your own "castles" and run along the ground.

If your units stand on an active supply line and stay connected back to your home base, they get a portion of their health restored each turn. The game also emphasizes teamwork among units with its siege mechanic, an extra attack option that lets you join forces with other allies who are within range of your target and combine attacks with them for added damage. This multiplies your effectiveness on a single turn several times over if used correctly - four soldiers surrounding a target on all four sides, for instance, can each use the siege option to trigger an attack from themselves and each ally.

Four attacks per siege times four characters equals 16 assaults in a single turn.

Castle Conqueror - Heroes won't win any awards on presentation, as its visuals are stiff and its sound effects and music are forgettable.

Photo dojo template stickman portable#īut tactics gamers that can overlook its lack of eye candy and confusing name (really, these aren't castles you're conquering) could very well find a fresh portable fix for their genre of choice right here. Step+UpOK, seriously? They're charging money for this? Step Up is an offensively unpolished, ridiculously limited exercise game. It intends for you to use it as a way to "burn all the calories you ever dreamed of burning." But I'd rather burn my house down than play it more. The bland, boring environment populated by lifeless exercising automatons does not inspire me to work out, nor does the selection of "energetic" music.
